Exchanges and Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and returned in its original packaging with all contents included.  You will also need to send us your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@hugoairpurifier.com  along with your proof of purchase.  If your return is accepted, we will issue you an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with a return shipping label.  The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund, but will be free of charge if you are doing an exchange.  Items sent back to us without an RMA # will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or refund was approved. If approved, we will automatically reship a replacement to you, or you will be refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of the return shipping label.  There is no return shipping cost deducted for an exchange.  Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
